"DRAGON LADY"
DEPARTMENT OF U.S ARMY.
Signal Intelligence. (SIGINT)
III CTZ Zone D.
INTELLIGENCE REPORT
URGENT

A U-2 spy plane returning from a mission over North Vietnam experienced
severe buffeting during its decent into Ben Hoa and broke up at an altitude of 26,000 feet. The U-2 crashed somewhere in the enemy
controlled area of War Zone D.

The pilot Maj. Leo Stewart, safely ejected but has not been recovered: On board the "Dragon Lady", CIA designation for the U-2, was a state-of-the-art Electric Countermeasure (ECM) System 13 Device. The ECM has
not been recovered.
Although the Black Box is equipped with a self-distruct device, Air Force technitions from S.A.C.'s 100th Strategic Reconnaissance Wing
in Ben Hoa still has not recieved the manuals on how to connect it..

In conclusion, Recovery of the pilot and ECM S-13A by the enemy would
have grave consequences for the national security interests of the
